Bring us the problem. We’ll build a better way.

The call that comes in at 7pm goes to whoever answers first. We build the marketing, software and AI that answer it for you — so you grow revenue and save time.

30 minutes. One workflow mapped. You keep the map either way.

What happens to work that arrives when nobody is free A call at 7:42pm, a form on Saturday and a text in Spanish all arrive. They meet one system, which produces a single record with a named owner. A person still decides. CALL · 7:42 PM FORM · SATURDAY TEXT · IN SPANISH ONE SYSTEM ONE RECORD OWNER · DANA R. A PERSON DECIDES

What this shows Three moments the work usually gets lost — and what replaces them: one record, one named owner, and a person who still makes the decision.

What we do best

Our best work happens when marketing, AI, software and automation must fix one problem together.

How to read these Four counts you can check on this page or hold us to — the length of the call, the record every system reads, the demonstrations you can run, and the decisions that stay yours. They are not client results, and we do not publish numbers we cannot show you.

Four things we do. One record.

More inquiries in.
Fewer lost on the way.

Marketing here is not another word for web design. We connect the ads and pages to whatever answers the phone.

One record All four write to the same record, so the campaign, the reply, the booking and the invoice are the same job — not four copies of it.

Where the money goes

Enough inquiries.
Too many dropped.

Most service businesses already get plenty of calls. Pick a stage to see where they get dropped.

Four stages Each one names what happens, what it costs you, and the thing we build so it stops happening.

What happens

An inquiry lands after hours or mid-job, and the first reply waits for someone to be free.

What it costs

Inquiries go cold while they wait, and the business never sees the ones it lost.

What we build

An assistant that answers in seconds, in English or Spanish, so the caller stays yours instead of theirs.

See it run

Live workflow

One inquiry.
Seven stages. No retyping.

Every system we build has the same shape: something arrives, a record appears, a named person owns it, and anything odd gets flagged.

  1. Inquiry arrives

A call, form, or chat lands — often outside working hours.

  2. A reply goes out

Answered in seconds, in English or Spanish, with a person one step away.

  3. Details written down

The job, the address, the urgency and the language, all on one record.

  4. Booked or handed over

Booked against your real calendar, or handed to the right person.

  5. Your tools update

Your CRM, your calendar and your invoicing all read the same record.

  6. Odd cases stop Human

Anything uncertain waits for a person, with the whole story attached.

  7. You see the result

What you spent, where it came from, and what got booked — one row.

System does

Human keeps

The decision. The system never guesses, and it never contacts anyone without approved templates and consent.

1 / 7

Real workflow, invented record — the data is made up so you can click through it.

Never automated

  • Contact without consent
  • Licensed judgement calls
  • Hiding that a system replied

Working demonstrations

Six systems you can actually run right now.

Click any one and watch it work. Demonstrations of the engineering, not client case studies. Each one carries its own note on the data it runs.

Two ways in

Same team.
Sized to your business.

One team either way. What changes is how many people have to sign off.

Larger enterprise teams

One workflow or pilot, with named people on both sides and clear limits.

  • A sponsor and a named owner

Engagement process

Map. Build. Launch. Improve.

01

Map

We map how the work moves today.

You approve the priority.

02

Build

Working checkpoints, no surprise reveals.

You test it first.

03

Launch

Training, runbook, logging, off switch.

Go-live on your word.

04

Improve

Review tied to the original problem.

Proposed, approved, made.

Trust and control

You stay in control
of everything we build.

  • Human approvals
  • Activity history
  • Odd cases to a person
  • Clear ownership
  • Off switch
Will AI ever contact someone without approval?

No. Templates, timing, and triggers are approved before launch, and anything outside them waits for a person.

Do you replace the software we already use?

Only if you want it replaced. Most builds connect what you have and fill the gap between systems.

Who owns the source code and the data?

You do. Ownership is set out in the engagement agreement for each project, and the data stays in your accounts.

What happens when an automation is uncertain?

It stops and routes the item to the right person with full context. Silence is never an acceptable outcome.

How long does a project take?

A focused first system is usually two to eight weeks after the mapping call, depending on how many systems are involved.

Can we begin with one small workflow?

That is the recommended way to start — one bottleneck, one measurable result, then decide what comes next.

What does it cost?

Pricing is scoped after discovery, because the scope is what determines it. We do not publish package prices for work that has not been defined yet.
